How to Submit Cards

Before submitting your cards, please check that your cards are eligible to be graded. At this stage, we will only card standard-size trading cards (6.4 cm x 8.9 cm). This means we will grade any standard-size Pokémon, Magic, or Yu-Gi-Oh cards, for example.

Once you have selected your cards for grading, please navigate to our checkout page and follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Select the number of cards to be graded.
  • Step 2: Enter the Card Name and Set Name for each card.
  • Step 3: Complete the checkout process. You can also purchase insurance for the return journey checkout.
  • Step 4: Payment.

Once payment is completed, we will email you with an order summary. You can then package your cards and post them to:

Additional Requirements for International Orders

If submitting an order from the US, Singapore, New Zealand or Europe, please also complete a commercial invoice for customs clearance. Please make sure shipping terms are prepaid and the invoice reason is ‘temporary import – trading cards for grading and encapsulation’.

Return orders may incur duties and tax, please check the de minimis rules regulated by your home country.
Commercial invoices can be generated via the following link: https://www.dhlexpress.nl/invoicegenerator/en.
Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance when sending your cards to us and from us. We will not cover the cost of any cards that are lost or destroyed during postage.

When you post your cards to us, you will be able to purchase insurance with the postal service that you choose.

You can purchase insurance for the return journey (i.e, from us to you) at checkout when you purchase your graded cards. You can decide how much you would like to insure your cards for the return journey, and the cost of insurance will adjust accordingly at checkout.

Packing Guide

If you are unsure about the safest way to ship your cards to us, you may like to follow our packaging guide below:

  • Step 1: Insert each card into its own card sleeve.
  • Step 2: Insert each sleeved card into its own card-saver or toploader.
  • Step 3: Place each card-saver/toploader in between two pieces of cardboard. For added protection, you can wrap each piece of cardboard in a layer of bubble wrap.
  • Step 4: Use tape to gently hold the pieces of cardboard together.
  • Step 5: Pack the cards into a secure box and use packing material so that the cards do not rattle within the box.
