How to Submit Cards

IMPORTANT: At this stage Pixel Pressed Grading is ONLY accepting domestic Australian orders.

Before submitting your cards, please check that your cards are eligible to be graded. At this stage, we will only grade standard-size trading cards (6.4 cm x 8.9 cm). This means we will grade any standard-size Pokémon card, or Magic: The Gathering card, for example.

Once you have selected your cards for grading, please navigate to our product page and follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the number of cards to be graded.

Step 2: Enter the Card Name and Set Name for each card.

Step 3: Select the amount of insurance you wish to take out for your return journey.

Step 4: Add to cart and checkout.

Once payment is complete, we will email you with an order summary. You can then package your cards and post them via Australia Post to:

AUSTRALIA

Please ask for a parcel tracking number so that you can verify when your parcel is delivered to us.

IMPORTANT: Please ONLY use Australia Post when posting to us.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance when sending your cards to us and from us. We will not cover the cost of any cards that are lost or destroyed during postage.

When you post your cards to us, you will be able to purchase insurance with Australia Post.

You can purchase insurance for the return journey (i.e, from us to you) at checkout when you purchase your graded frame(s). You can decide how much you would like to insure your cards for the return journey, and the cost of insurance will adjust accordingly on the product page.

Packing Guide

If you are unsure about the safest way to ship your cards to us, you may like to follow our packaging guide below:

Step 1: Insert each card into its own card sleeve.

Step 2: Insert each sleeved card into its own card-saver or top-loader.

Step 3: Place each card-saver/top-loader in between two pieces of hard cardboard.

Step 4: Use tape to gently hold the pieces of cardboard together. For added protection, you can wrap the cardboard in a layer of bubble wrap.

Step 5: Pack the card(s) into a secure padded parcel or box, and use packing material so that the card(s) do not rattle within the parcel/box.
